Betsy brings vast experience and various market knowledge from her experiences working at Marriott's Lincolnshire Resort, the New York Marriott Financial Center and World Trade Center hotels, the Renaissance Worthington Hotel, the Marriott Dallas/Plano at Legacy Town Center, and the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel & Spa.

Ruth Fitzgerald, CHSP, CHME, Regional Director of Sales for DMI Hotels has received the Meeting Professionals International Washington State Chapter (MPI WSC) President’s Award.

The President’s Award is given by choice by the current chapter President. Judy Sprute, MPI WSC President 2008/2009 selected Fitzgerald stating "Ruth leads, quietly, and encourages all to be active. She is committed to the principles and values of MPI which drives her to reach out to others to help them find that same fulfillment."

DMI sends out Event Invitations to those on our e-mail list. If you are not receiving them, you may not know what opportunities you are missing out on. DMI and our Hotel/DMC/CVB partners sponser these events in various locations. Often they are convenient to participants of major industry gatherings and provide great networking experiences with the added benefit of some good entertainment and imbidement. FAMs (FAMiliarization Trips) are also held several times a year at various Partner destinations.
