Meet Steve Schmidt

Director of National Accounts

Prior to joining DMI, Steve held a variety of sales positions with the Puerto Rico Convention & Visitors Bureau in Chicago. More recently, he spent the last year as National Sales Manager for the El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa, also based in Chicago.

Steve is a graduate of Winona State University and holds his bachelor degree in Marketing. He is a long standing member of both the Chicago Area Chapter of MPI and the Greater Midwest Chapter of PCMA.

Steve, based in downtown Chicago, joined DMI in May, 2007 and is responsible for national accounts with a focus on the Midwest corporate and association market.
