Meet John Gaca

President

John Gaca began his career in the hospitality industry in 1986, working through operations before moving into sales in 1989. Over the next nine years, he held various sales and catering management positions first in suburban Chicago and then later in central Florida. In 1998, he returned to Chicago to open DMI.

John's broad industry experience and strong desire to provide exceptional service have driven the organization beginning as a small regional office, to its current status as national office with regional locations throughout the Midwest, West and Canada.

John is an alumnus of Northern Illinois University and a member of several industry associations including MPI, PCMA, IAAMC and Association Forum.

As President of DMI, John takes a hands-on approach and oversees all company operations while maintaining a strong company culture that is committed to customer satisfaction.
