Meet Doug Plumeri

National DIrector of Sales

Doug Plumeri began his career with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in 1991 at the Wyndham Hotel Northwest Chicago. Doug had held several operations positions over the course of four years and was then promoted to the Wyndham Hotel Oakbrook (Oakbrook, IL) as a sales manager, where he successfully increased weekend group occupancy.

After one and a half years in Oakbrook, Doug was promoted back to the Wyndham Hotel Northwest Chicago as an association sales manager. Doug again performed above the standards set for him and was transferred to the position of Associate Director of Sales at the Wyndham Dublin Hotel (Columbus, OH).

In the summer of 1999, Doug Plumeri joined DMI and has taken the position of National Director of Sales.
