Minimum Experience: High School Graduate and 4 years previous experience in administrative capacity, sales project management, and/or office management.
Reporting Relationship: DMI President and assigned Sales Managers
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week++
Nominal participation in out of office functions.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Outlook, MSN Instant Messenger, and ACT or Sales Logix data-base management systems. Hospitality Sales and/or Office Management experience a plus.
Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, telephone and interpersonal skills, and excellent multi-tasking capabilities. Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, especially when dealing directly with clients.

National Sales Manager - Washington, D.C. Market
DMI Hotels, a National Sales office for hotels, resorts, DMCs and CVBs, is expanding its remote office sales staff. We are currently seeking a qualified National Sales Manager in the Washington, D.C. area market place to solicit and book definite group room nights. The candidate will be globally selling over 200 hotels, DMCs and CVBs in the US, Caribbean, Canada and Europe. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years hotel sales or previous National Sales Office experience, will be self motivated, and will have existing corporate and association clients in the West coast market place. A candidate who has previously worked out of his/her own home office is a plus.
